 Kari Wahlgren, voice actor for recurring "Legion" member Saturn Girl (as well as supporting member Triplicate Girl), was briefly interviewed in what looks to be a series of input from Legion's main cast of characters.
Kari has performed an incredible number of roles in animation, videogames, and live-action, including the anime dub voices of Haruko from FLCL, and Fuu from Samurai Champloo. A long-time DCAU fan, she talks about her roles in "Legion of Super Heroes", Saturn Girl's character, her powers, a bit on Triplicate Girl, and more. There's also an interesting bit from J, regarding TTG's continuity in relation to the show: "I'm attempting a little more 'continuity' between issues and stories," he said. "We still have the single-issue, stand-alone story mandate but I'm finding ways around that, if you will. I'm also trying to pick up on loose threads from the show and take certain subplots or characters in what I see as the logical progression from the show." For the full interview, click here. |
