Killer MothPowers: flight, can stick to walls, and commands an army of abnormally large moths

Background
Killer Moth first appeared in "Date with Destiny," commanding his army of mutated moths to attack and destroy Jump City. Robin was forced to take Killer Moth's daughter, Kitten, to her Junior Prom. He gave her control of his army of moths, allowing her to push the button and release them at any time.
Both Moth and Kitten were taken down by the Titans, and only Moth has made an appearance since. He showed up in "Can I Keep Him?" to reclaim one of his moths, Silkie, and once more wreak havoc upon Jump City. He was defeated when Silkie exploded, due to an inability to choose between going to Killer Moth or Starfire.
Personality
Killer Moth wants two things in life: to rule Jump City, and for his precious daughter, Kitten to be happy. He'll do anything for her, including making Robin take her to her Junior Prom.
