Background
As an imaginary friend, Bobby the bear was brought to life through Melvin's incredible powers. Bobby is well looked out for by Melvin, who tries to make sure he's always comfortable and well-fed. This is very awkward to anyone who isn't allowed to see him, as it appears to them as if Melvin is interacting with thin air.
He can show displays of power whenever needed, even while invisible (which definitely comes in handy). Because of this, Raven first thought "Bobby" was actually a telekinetic ability Melvin blamed on imaginary friends. As Melvin later reveals to her, just because she imagined him, doesn't mean he isn't really real.
Personality
Bobby is the ferociously powerful yet cute teddybear companion of the three super-children who were dropped off to Raven for protection from the Brotherhood of Evil. He is the greatest friend and protector a young super-kid could have. The only catch is that Bobby is invisible to anyone he doesn't trust or feel comfortable around, and can be frightened off or often left behind by such people. Dependable and loyal to Melvin and her companions, he is almost always "seen" being led around by her.
